Wilderness Club RV Resort Property Owners Associations (POA)
dues for each lot are $50.00 per month. That's $600.00 per year (2024 rates). Dues can be paid annually, semi-annually
or monthly.
The POA dues covers the cost of such amenities
as; trash/recycling, maintenance of the pool and clubhouse, street snow removal and lawn mowing of individual lots and all
common areas.
Amenities Include:
The pool, hot tub
and clubhouse are available for owners and their guests to use. The clubhouse has a full kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven,
microwave and small dishwasher. There is also a serving counter. The meeting room has enough tables and chairs that can accommodate
up to 50 people.
The clubhouse includes a regulation size pool table, ping-pong table, a sitting area with
couches and chairs, a gas fireplace, television and piano. There is a lending library with hundreds of books and
videos to enjoy. Within the clubhouse, there is also a coin-operated laundry room and complete restrooms with showers.
Although the pool/hot tub cannot be reserved, owners may reserve the clubhouse for private events.
A storage area is available with 25 spaces of various
sizes where owners may park one RV, utility or boat trailer. Parking spots are on a first-come first-served basis.
