Our Property Owners Association is
governed by a Board of Directors, who are all volunteers and members of our community.
The major points include:
55 and older community
3 Adult Residents per unit (Max)
One Cabin and/or One RV per Lot
Cabins must be log sided in appearance
No
Mobile Homes, Park Models, Tents, Fold-Out Campers or Truck Campers
RV units must have RIVA sticker and be at least
24 feet
Recreation Facilities for Residents and Guests Only
No Point of Sale Businesses
Pets are allowed
but must be on Leash/Under Control
No Commercial Signs
Building Permits Required
